ABOUT
SIG was established in 2002 in Tokyo and in 2008, opened a satellite office in Singapore.

The firm employs 8 people in key Asian markets.

Staffed by experienced financial professionals who have run businesses in Asia and with deep and long standing connections in its major markets.

Clients include major household Asset Management names, middle-tier firms and boutique firms.
In the main from the USA, Europe and also Japan.

The founders of the firm are Andrew Kerhsaw (based in Singapore) and Eiichi Hayashi (based in Japan).

From October 2024, SIG entered into strategic collaboration with Conduit Securities in Singapore from which entity Asia ex Japan is now covered by a team of 3 people.

SIG's provides a user-friendly and proactive service in partnering asset management fund clients who wish to raise assets from investors in Asia and/or build distribution channels through major international or
locally established firms.
Traditionally, SIG has worked mainly in the
long only space and liquid alternative strategies.

Assets raised in the long only space exceeds
USD 5 billion in the long only space and over
USD 2 billion in alternatives.
SIG has a regulated presence in its core markets or works with a local partner who ensure that investor contact is in compliance with local regulations.

Typically for asset manager firms that want a committed and target-driven relationship,
SIG will work on a retainer basis.
Our contacts span the universe of investment institutions, pension managers, wealth managers, private banks, family offices, independent asset managers and consultants.
